Hey Kids, Manchester Orchestra’s coming to Baltimore

All too often touring bands skip Baltimore and play shows in D.C or Philadelphia…well this time I’m happy to announce that  Manchester Orchestra will be playing The Recher Theatre in Towson on Monday, April 5.

The show is at 6 p.m. Also playing: The Features, Biffy Clyro and O’brother.

If you have yet to hear the sounds of Manchester Orchestra you should check them out. They are from Atlanta and have toured with Kings of Leon and Brand New.

For a mellower sound, check out the lead singer, Andy Hull’s  folk rock side project: Right Away, Great Captain.

I saw an ad somewhere that kind of cracked me up just cause it said they are neither British nor orchestral.

I read an interview before where they said that they were nervous when they played in Manchester, England..because they were unsure if the audience would be anticipating an actual orchestra.

..just a little piece of knowledge for you. 🙂
