The Maryland Film Festival has released showtimes

I’m happy to announce that a complete schedule has been posted on the Maryland Film Festival’s official site. The festival runs from May 6-9. So film fans mark your calendars.

Tickets cost $10 per film, so if you’re on a budget, you may want to do some research to see which films appeal to you. ( Update: According to Scott with MFF there is a 3 for $20 deal)

I recommend checking out Matt Porterfield’s film Putty Hill.  I loved it  and I think it’s going to be pretty cool to see on the big screen with an audience.

If you haven’t already check out some of the interviews that I’ve done with the cast and crew. (They are  TOTALLY interesting. Seriously.)

Also, the film has been playing around the world, so this is your chance to see it in the city that it was filmed.

Putty Hill will be showing:

Friday, May 7 at 10 p.m at The Charles (theater 1)

Sunday, May 9 at 4:30 p.m. at The Charles (theater 1)

Stay tuned for more news on The Maryland Film Festival.

  1. Scott says:

For those on a budget, we do offer 3 movies for $20. You can use that deal towards any 3 movies of your choice (except opening and closing night and Alloy Orchestra screening).
