Leveraging Investments in Creativity, an arts advocacy group, will be hosting a panel, “Realizing the Creative City” at the Baltimore Museum of Art on Thursday, June 23.
The advocacy group provides grants to community arts organizations in the U.S. The panel will explore “how local artists, when supported with the proper infrastructure, can serve as vital contributors to the cultural and economic arms of their communities.”
The panel is from 6-7:15 p.m in the second floor auditorium of the BMA. According to Michal Miller, the advocacy groups public relations representative,”Baltimore’s selection is a tribute to the city’s rich arts community and its commitment to and respect of the arts and artists.”
